Shuttle: The EHDI Annual Meeting has partnered with Zetian Limo to provide our attendees a discounted airport shuttle rate of $17 each way. This includes drop off and pick up at our partner overflow hotels in the Glendale area as well. Zetian is our preferred provider and we strongly recommend making reservations in advance. Taxi fare: approx $50-$65 (one way). The hotel’s partner taxi is Discount Cab (602) 200-2000.

AIRPORT PICK UP PROCEDURES
FOR ALL CURB SIDE PICK-UPS: Please claim your luggage, then call 623-847-5466 for your curb side pick up. When calling for your shuttle give your last name to Zetian dispatch and you will be directed to your pick up point. *If you are deaf or hard of hearing, please text your last name and that you have arrived to 602-501-6035. Please note that phone lines may be busy during heavy arrival times so keep trying if you are unable to get through the first time.

Below are the standard pickup areas for Zetian at the airport, but again, call after you have gotten your luggage to confirm your arrival and dispatch will direct you to the appropriate pickup point.

*Terminal 2 - Alaska, Great Lakes, United: pick up outside door #8, cross drive and look for sign indicating " COURTESY AND PREARRANGED"
*Terminal 3 - American, Delta, Frontier, Hawaiian, JetBlue, Sun Country: pick up outside door #4, south side outside curb, look for sign indicating " COURTESY AND PREARRANGED"
*Terminal 4 - AeroMexico, Air Canada, AirTrans, British Airways, Southwest, US Airways, West Jet: pick up outside door #4, south side outside curb, look for sign indicating " COURTESY AND PREARRANGED"

Complimentary Shuttles between Renaissance and overflow Hotels
For those staying at our partner overflow hotels there will be complimentary shuttles running to and from the Renaissance to the Residence Inn/SpringHill Suites and also the Holiday Inn/Staybridge Suites. The overflow hotels are located exactly 1 mile from the Renaissance and the area in between is full of restaurants and shopping. This area is safe and easily accessible for those that may want to walk.

Complimentary shuttles will run continuously during the following day/times:

Sunday, April 14th
7:00am- 9:00pm

Monday, April 15th
7:00am-9:30pm

Tuesday, April 16th
7:00am- 6:00pm

Wednesday, April 17th
7:00am- 6:00pm (by request at hotel front desk)

*If shuttle service is needed after complimentary hours provided by the conference it can be arranged directly with Zetian Limo. Pickup from local restaurants/areas after hours is typically a $5 charge one way.
