Abstract:

What is the data flow rate of information that a baby with a hearing loss receives in comparison to hearing babies? How is this rate impacted by cochlear implant technology? This presentation analyzes Auditory Verbal Therapy and its impacts on increasing a child's speech and listening abilities during pre-implantation and post-implantation.
